Steps to Wellbeing is a free NHS talking therapies service (IAPT) that provides counselling, online courses, CBT and guided self-help for adults aged 18 and over.
The service is there to provide treatment and support to people experiencing common, mild to moderate mental health issues like low mood and anxiety.
